What we bid and what we install

Mechanical insulation installation

Pipe, duct, vessel and equipment insulation for commercial and institutional mechanical systems.
Removable insulation jackets

Custom-fabricated, strapped and re-usable covers for valves, flanges and vessel heads that have to be opened for service.
HVAC insulation

Supply and return ductwork, plenums and air-handling equipment, including vapour-sealed and weatherproofed assemblies.
Thermal analysis

Thickness and material selection worked against the operating conditions of the system rather than a default specification.
Moisture and condensation control

Vapour retarders and sealed systems on chilled and below-ambient lines, where a failure shows up as corrosion rather than heat loss.
Energy audits

Survey of uninsulated and failed insulation on existing plant, with the heat loss quantified.
Maintenance and repairs

Replacement of damaged, stripped or water-logged insulation and jacketing on systems already in service.
